A product has disappeared from my cart?

If an item has disappeared from your cart, simply find the item again in the stock and add it to the cart again.

What if I haven't received my order confirmation?

If you haven't received an order confirmation please check your junk/spam mailbox and check that your funds have been processed from the nominated bank account. If you are still unable to locate the order confirmation please email us at

I have received a faulty/wrong item in my order. 

We sincerely apologise for this error, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to correct the order. 


Has my order been shipped?

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number from us via email. 

How long until I receive my order?

Most deliveries should arrive within 10 to 12 business days within Australia, unless advised otherwise. 

Do I need to be at home to collect my order?

Yes, you will need to be home to sign for your order unless specified otherwise. 

What if I haven't received my order within 10-12 business days?

If you haven't received your order within 10-12 business days, please contact us at with your order confirmation, order number and tracking number and we will follow it up for you. 

Please be advised that once we have dispatched your order it then becomes the responsibility of Australia Post. Lost Nomads cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit, however we will always do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. 


Are refunds available?
